Srinagar, May 30:Grand Mufti Basheer-ud-Din Friday cautioned that repealing of Jammu and Kashmir’s special status (Article 370) is fraught with dangerous consequences that could jeopardize peace in the entire subcontinent.
In a statement, Mufti Basheer-ud-Din said Kashmir is not the ‘personal property of anyone’ and that ‘it is due to Article 370 that India is in Kashmir’. “Kashmir is not a personal enterprise of any one nor is it the integral part of any country. Article 370 guarantees India’s presence in Kashmir. Its repealing will endanger peace and harmony that could be difficult to control,” he said while addressing people at Charar-e-Sharief shrine.
The Grand Mufti also asked New Delhi to start meaningful dialogue and take the arrival of Pakistan’s premier in Delhi during Modi’s oath ceremony a good omen. “Sharief’s acceptance of Modi’s invitation must not be taken as his weakness.”
Kashmir’s grand Mufti also expressed serious concern over the alleged reports of ‘presence of pig fat in Cadbury Ice creams’ and asked the people to avoid consuming it. He also stressed for the early investigation into the matter. “Some Muslim countries have already banned its usage and also the people here should avoid using it including children. Anyone having further information over the same should inform the court

Isnt Grand mufti the guy who was exposed an year back??

This is the height of all hypocrisy. As can be seen in the video below, the self styled 'Grand mufti' of Kashmir is seen enjoying a musical night. He was recently at the forefront while condemning and issuing fatwas against an all-girl's rock band Pragaash in Kashmir.

Why? Because he considers music un-Islamic!!

But here in the video below, he is seen enjoying music in a program hosted inside a houseboat in the Dal Lake.

This is the height of hypocrisy by mullahs, the so called guardians of the Islamic faith. First he bans music by issuing a fatwa and then he's seen enjoying what he himself has banned!

Muslim culture has produced the greatest singers and artists in the world. Music is NOT forbidden in the Holy Qur'an. There are also several hadiths where the Prophet (PBUH) was obviously saying that music, in and of itself is not forbidden.

But here we have a self styled mufti propounding his own brand of Islam just to be in the news. Now he's just screwed up big time by enjoying music himself in spite of the fatwa he himself has given, banning music by calling it un-Islamic!! Probably it doesn't apply to him!

Indian economy has disapointed all international backers,investors so far with massive mismanagment and record corruption. You can thank Bill Gates,Bill Clinton for outsourcing American jobs,India biased import policies & George Bush for the nuclear energy and UN for funds to build toilets in India.

An Indian told me they didnt have Pepsi and imported goods till the late 90s and 2000s, I reminded the poor fellow that Indian economy only opened to the west and adopted a free capitalistic market economy after the collapse of the Soviet Union which left the US as the sole economic superpower. The investments and economic reforms and progress are a direct result of Pakistan's sacrifice and efforts which they made as a front line state against Soviet Union after the invasion of Afghanistan. The US didnt suffer a pennys loss or a drop of blood lost, it was Pakistan that sacrificed its soil,blood and billions in losses from refugees and war to free the world of the Soviet political,financial imprisonment. It was only after the soviet defeat did India enjoy all the open market free trade and investments and integration into a global village. We liberated you and let you have a free economy while you backstabber and sabotaged us throughout the 80's and 90's from full scale military exercises on the border to siachin. As for Bhutto and 1971, in 1962, you were badly defeated, your army had run off like cowards,the Chinese and the world made fun of you, Nehru frantically sent embassadors to Kennedy in the US to beg Pakistan not to join the war, Kennedy sent envoys, Nehru sent the American ambassador in India to Pakistan, we agreed not to take part in any aggression in return for promise from the US and Indian to negotiate a settlement to Kashmir. You promised and then turned back, only to back stab us in 1971. We helped the US and India numerous times but you're cowards and liars. Now go and defecate on the street corner.

As for the navy and ships, you inherited the royal Indian Navy of the British Empire and turned it into a laughing stock,your submarines explode even before being launched for first time,your navy ships are decoration pieces, the whole navy is a corruption scam.
