Since most of the company's Head Offices are in Karachi that's why Karachi give that much Income Tax. Now that's BS. what about all those most of the companies consumer is outside karachi, employee are outside karachi. How come then Karachi pay that much income tax? Karachi is enormous because of huge population and Pakistan's sole active sea port. I can say Jaipur is better in some sense because of infrastructure like Metro rail in 3-4 years.

Makran Highway don't connect Gwadar with Quetta or Punjab. So, Karachi Port still have lots of pressure.
