the person whos DNA is found on 8 victims is a serial killer no doubt....

The arrest from LHR is in relation to another case. Most likely a feeder to calm the rising tension and demand for arrest of min accused.
Regarding "high profile" of the rapist murderer I have no doubt that the person is influential but not a very well known, famous or high level political. He is definitely a rich person able to buy number of pawns and was able to gift and treat the ranks to keep a clean image. Most likely a businessman earning some big big easy and unaccounted money by some illegal business and posing himself to the foolish authorities as a tainted business owner. I say businessman because he has been able to move and use the local sourcing chain to supply to him. People in local sourcing chain knew that there is his rewarding demand for young girls. The big and high profile scums have their own nurseries to harvest from so they never go put hunting from society. So the culprit is certainly not a high profile but possibly a technocrate or sombody allocated a special seat or some big supporter of any politician.

Human society is like a house. There are prayer rooms living rooms gardens and gutters in the same structures. Developed societies keep these all organized and tidy. What belongs to the gutter goes there. What belongs to the dust bin goes in it. But in our country trash is everywhere but in the garbage box, shift is everywhere but in the drain. Developed societies take responsibilitiesffir whatever exists in humans. They have allocated clubs and pubs not with the "intention" of promoting alcohol but to keep the people indulged in it at a distance from rest and to mark and identify them. Same is with gay clubs and whorehouses etc. This enables them to separate and mark the people having such minds. This helps them keep the shit where it belongs.

But u thought i am blaming on police and authorities for incompetence. I said i am not doing it for that reason. The way case is unravelling there seems too much cover up involved. Aik baat jo do dafa likhtay likhtay zehan say nikal jati thee woh yeh bhi thee kay jo influentital aadmi kar raha hai yeh sab ussay is tarah kay ganday kaam ki addiction hai , twice iwanted to write but it skipped my mind. There are two possibilities in answer to the "Why" question in the facts and circumstances of this case. Either its a hate/ revenge/ psychological scenario (to check this we need details of religion, race, caste, creed of victims) or there is a overseas customer in kasur/ pakistan market with high rewarding demand for young girls.

Lets totally trash the idea that the culprit is already caught and is kept locked to be displayed when political point scoring is most needed. You know how unfortunate we are to have functionaries that love to break news and hold press/ media conferences on petty matters. Remember the bubbles that burst when chief Justice Punjab was fed regarding a arrest. To me the involvement of counter terrorism ppl spoke volumes of whats going on.

The arrest from Lahore is against a old incident from kasur where girl was abducted raped murdered and discarded in similar manner. This should help police to learn that even a petty trader like this had sufficient resources available to play his mind out in kasur. Again the most niticable things are how he being a visitor there was able to move around with abductee and then dumped her to flee from the district.
