Revoke this law for goodness sake and follow moderate Islam. Forcing religion down peoples throats results in internal resentment which when unleashed has terrible consequences (for example just read about Europe's experience with religion from the Pope dominated Middle Ages to the Post Reformation era). Our bearded idiots dont know that by forcing people to follow their own narrowminded brand of Islam like the Pope did with Catholics in Europe, they are making sure that more and more people despite acting religious on the outside internally resent and gradually hate the pointless restrictions placed upon them, seemingly by Islam. On an international level Pakistan is made to look like a joke every time somebody is "convicted" of blasphemy and on a domestic level our religious minorities live in a constant state of fear that they will be accused of having committed blasphemy and that this accusation alone will be enough to ruin their lives for ever. Such injustice in a society which prides itself in being "Islamic" is a joke as the Prophet (PBUH) set example after example of humility and forgiveness rather than force and arrogance.

Blasphemy is Blasphemy! Minorities cases aren't confirmed by law right, if they were accidental or not as such even the old and mentally deranged people have been convicted at times, are they? You know what it shows on your end making silly little childish excuses now, as if the others are fools? It shows hypocrisy and that too of a supreme nature on your part, I saw that video myself, too prevalent on FB right, now that is. So now dont start telling me, what it was. Because what it was, was exactly what other non Muslims and members of deviant sects have been accused of and mostly killed without any trial by enraged religious mobs and even if found guilty during trials in a select few cases, never ever given the chance to ask forgiveness or to repent, like you are asking for here. And yes its fine to kill someone too, if he expresses his opinion about the blatant misuse of the blasphemy law and in case of Asia Bibi, the then Governor of Punjab killed by extremists, for making a statements that the law is being abused to ad nauseam. Is there an option for forgiveness or repentance for Asia Bibi too?
