And if the dialogues that he mentioned in the interview are really true then I would say whatever the prophet said was in (*******), and Aisha reacted just as other 99.9% women would have reacted on that occasion. They were all Jahil to begin with - the Khaki clad clown had nothing to do with Zulfi passing anti-Ahmadi laws, for example. This law is constantly used to bully innocent people. We cannot expect justice from the blasphemy law. Even Zaid Hamid was blamed to be a blasphemer.

The blasphemy law is a tool for oppression. It is used against innocent Christians and Hindus while at times being used to frame muslims as well. Most of the disputes are over ownership of land and people label others blasphemers to take the others land.

Blasphemy law is terrorism law which justifies and condones terrorist acts. Junaid Jamshed shouldn't have given up his career in music. I loved vital signs and JJ.

this law goes beyond the khakis rule
but whoever did it has enabled lynch mob to brutally kill people on false and flimsy accusations
even judges are not spared if they dismiss the case due to inadequate evidence

read a news about some Punjabi city in Dawn website/


few years back. someone glued a huge A3 poster on the front gate of a known Deobandi family home.
the poster was about a Milad party.

it was glued there with a malicious intent and the "devotees" waited in an ambush for the owner to return and notice it


the owner of the house took off the poster and the "enraged" .. "lovers of Muhammad PBUH" pounced on him calling him a wahabi and a blasphemer.
fortunately he and his son were not killed at the spot.

his case was brought to the court which dismissed the case but he was locked up for few weeks until the "devotees" cooled down and their blood lust was curtailed. these were the times when non Muslims and Muslims alike were regularly being butchered in the name of blasphemy and sectarian hatred.

there are always some Red lines , which a person should not cross ,

Islam dont need any protection , since decades islam is being used as tool , rather than a religion , but in reality Islam is a way of Living life ...

Theres alot of reporting on him being charged, but whats he being charged for apparently its on video anyone have the link?

It's not just the flag, the man in your display picture fought the case of ghazi Ilm Deen shaheed who killed a a person who committed open blasphemy against Syedi Rasool(saww). So remove the pic also.
