That is ITR always associated with drop in altitude, speed & pitch attitude.

To clarify, messiach's definition of ITR is a sharp turn that is accompanied by a loss of one or more of altitude, speed, pitch, and attitude. If a sharp turn doesn't show these characteristics, the angular velocity cannot be classified as ITR.

@Oscar @messiach deltas that show altitude and speed loss at low altitudes, actually perform very well at high altitudes. That's why they are ideal for the top cover in a high low pincer. What is Thunder's turn rate like at high altitude?
