Both Pakistan and India will meet in next dog fight between JF-17 Thunder-Block 3 and Rafale Jet fighters .Who will be winner on long run ??

Does it take an MM Alam to predict the outcome????

The latest block of PL12 (PL12D) will be in the similar category (improved maneuverability with ramjet engines).

There are PL15 and PL21 but they are in the heavy category.

No evidence of PL 21 existence has been made..but yes this would be the answer a RAM jet missile

Pl12d (ram jet) there is no proof of its existence either

Some insider news,

The JF-17 Block-3 is set to make a flight in August 2019 possibly on Pakistan independence Day.
The J-10C is without a doubt a very hi-tech platform and was the highlight of the exercise. But what is more intriguing is the fact that the Chinese had brought a PL-10 on the J-10C as well. Among the most lethal AAM of its class and if mated with the helmet on Block-3 JF it will wreak havoc . The folks also checked out its Eletro-Optical and IR sensor which again is being considered to be incorporated in Block-3. If both these add-ons are incorporated in Block-3 then any enemy edge is significantly blunted.
Block-3 will play a major role in a deal with Jordan and other Arab countries are waiting anxiously.
PAA is acquiring 60 ATAK gunships in two batches of 30.

You should know that, if JF-17 Blk III is too expensive to its size, why not consider J-10CE?

J-10CE is the export version of J-10C.

Block 3 needs 100kn engine period ...PAF cannot play around with rafales and mirage2000 updates coming

It needs gripen NG level evolution

15% better thrust, 30% range, AESA IRST HMD...

Meteor will be a challenge ..nothing in Pakistan aresnal can answer for that..seems even china doesn't has anything in pipeline similar to it

J-10C is the answer for Rafale .

J-10C is the answer for Rafale .

J10C + F16 Block 52s...supplemented with JF17 block III(and possibly upgraded block I and II) should be able to handle Rafale and other fighter jets of the IAF for the foreseeable future. Reportedly China/PAF were trying to pitch J10 to Pak government.
