Banning anything is not the outright solution to ending it. It will have a strong underground market then through mafia and perhaps the yakuza clans.

The only way to remove this is through attacking the minds of those who think like this. Educate children right from teen years that this is a wrong thing so that they grow up to be responsible adults. It will take time but in one generation, everything will change.

The problem is that some media outlets produce hentai pornography and characters are of questionable age. I personally am disgusted by this. It's good they outlawed it, criminalize it.

The grown up girls in animes of japan, look like childs. I have watched some animes on cartoon network and another channel which name i have forgetton. The emphasis is on cuteness in girls, they say some word "kawai" for cute. Now kids are also cute....
When i look at the faces of japanese and chinese, they look like cute kids , they have hardly any facial hairs and they have facial features of kids. May be there is some biology in their sexual attraction towards kids.
