It’s a normal legal procedure, for example if robber got arrested looting a bank and keep hostages, kill someone, The charges count by different charges ( robing, keeping illegal weapon, murder charges etc etc ) sometime in a same hearing sometime fresh trial. As it’s in military court they bring him to face other trials.

Again - a faulty reading of the law. You are innocent until proven guilty irrespective of your origin. And there is no "force" here anyways. It is how the rule of law works. Even in the Nuremberg and Tokyo Trials, the Nazis and the Japanese were given a chance to put up a defense.
