What a farce it has become. We were told he was convicted for all the terror in Pakistan and not just being a spy. Now he is tried again and that too after expiry of his supposed execution date.
By denying international acess, you r hiding or concealing something. Even Ajmal Kasab was given international acess. What happened to your DOSSIERS submitted to UN, they were rejected by the UN next day.
Last trial - no one knows who his defence lawyer was. So looks like another farce.
The law in civilized nations requires him to be provided a lawyer. That's how the justice system works in non-banana republics. No one wants to defend a saffron terrorist
Indeed, but in civilized nations no one forces anyone to defend any terrorist especially when the terrorist is from an uncivilized country like his.The law in civilized nations requires him to be provided a lawyer. That's how the justice system works in non-banana republics.
Again - a faulty reading of the law. You are innocent until proven guilty irrespective of your origin. And there is no "force" here anyways. It is how the rule of law works. Even in the Nuremberg and Tokyo Trials, the Nazis and the Japanese were given a chance to put up a defense.Indeed, but in civilized nations no one forces anyone to defend any terrorist especially when the terrorist is from an uncivilized country like his.
stubborn attitude sir.I know he confessed but it that all you have to go by??
Where are all the details about his involvement in terrorism ?? Who did he work with in Pakistan?? Who are his accomplices?? What kind of arms and ammunition he possessed?? How many times did he cross the border into Pakistan??
How come none of the details are revealed except his passport?? Is that all you have in evidentiary support to hang him??

a formalityWhat is the point of conducting a trial then??
