It may feel good to dismiss Japanese trade dominance but it doesn't change facts. Yes, German cars are very popular in China just like Japanese cars. Are you disputing that Toyota didn't sell almost 1 million cars in China in 2011? Are you disputing that Japan is the largest exporter of products into China of all countries, who exported $194.6 BILLION USD$ of products into China in 2011?
A reality check is in order. Japanese right-wing nationalism is doing China a huge favor by reminding many otherwise duplicitous Chinese buyers of Japanese products that they are helping their enemies. These sorts of fake Chinese nationalists come out of the woodwork every time high profile international disputes make the news but help finance hostile military powers with their money once such disputes die down. Thankfully, Japanese saber rattling seems to reappear like clockwork almost every other year and it has had an effect, just not enough. Once upon a time, Japanese products were totally dominant in China. Today, it is extremely prominent but *NOT* dominant. Hurray for anti-Chinese Japanese nationalists. They do more to help China than most Chinese nationalists. LOL
