And some of them have cases filled against them but have chosen to fled your country and not return..rather than face those cases.

You should learn about Indian politics and federal structure before commenting on it. Your post reflects your low intellectual level. COAS in proper democratical setup like India has virtually no power, even President has more power.

not really. COAS is more active with army he commands then the president who just become active when its time to take guard of honour. COASleads the army in the battle. .president is just rubber stamp commander in chief of the army in name only.

And president is more active in all other matters of country and not just army(there are two other branches of armed forces you know)..right from swearing in the govt to handing out presidential pardons(for example your president keeps on pardoning his cronies eg Rehman Malik and keeps hiding behind his position, so not to face your courts )...atleat COAS can not do that.

In pakistan - none. no one accused of any crime has even been promoted and became a coas. clamping martial law has not been a crime in pakistan, it has always been expost-facto approved by the courts

Well done Ma'am you've dragged up an 11 month old non-story. The GoI and MoD clears Bikram Singh of all charges before he was appointed COAS so there is simply no case to answer. It has been 11 months and these charges remain unsubstantiated. It is utterly shameful that you and other trolls are trying to dishonour a man who has served his country for his entire adult life and has been to hell and back for India.


If there was even a remote chance these claims were anything more than a PR stunt do you ry think the IA/GoI/ MoD would have allowed him to take the highest office in the IA? Of course not!
