I am new user of Pakistan Defence Forum.I have to fulfill dream of my parents,they wants to see me in the Army as the good officer,so i have join this page just to take some help from friends that what type of books are good or better to give attempt of issb test.Is their any one who can guid me in this test,i will be thankfull of that good person.

I wanted to ask that, I would be giving my ISSB in May 2013 but I m having the problem of knee-knocking so I am a bit concerned about it as my brother was also rejected due to this for Air Force, Is there any thing I can do to overcome this problem?

Consult a Orthopedic Doctor/Surgeon.

Horse riding in early childhood could have helped. It may be a bit late now, but an Ortho may be able to give some suggestions for a quick recovery.

Stand straight, join your heals and then move your feet/toes outwards while the heals are still together. If the knees knock now, you have got a problem.

I tried the procedure 4 times it knocked jst 1nce is it allright.
I'm 14 so can horse riding help me.

Brother I've checked, its clearly visible. But I asked some officer he said that putting a pillow between your knees while you sleep, can help. What do you think will that work? Because I cant do Horse Riding, Theres no any Club here in Hyderabad. I am really worried for that....
