Israel is fearless army. I Don't think even Russia is going to challange them.

Fearless against whom? You are taking Syria as an exemple..Israel wouldn’t have attacked Syria in other circumstances..Beside they have never attacked Syrian from Syrian airspace..but with stand off ammo from the Lebanese sky..
To see what Israeli can do will be up to the Russians, Syrian will have a little to say in the matter...If Russia want to put a stop to it..there is nothing in Israeli arsenal that can defeat the S300...

Not only will Syria get the S-300VM but it will also get jamming and network-centric systems.

It came into service in 1971 and had range of only 15kms.
Russia already had the S-300P in service for 4 years then.

S-300VM is the most advanced S-300 series which came out in
2013. It's tech is just as good as S-400 but has less range(200km versus 400km).

Try to take out this system and it will hurt very badly!
