There's a big difference. North Korea has not occupied the land of its neighbour nor does China consistently defend it through the use of its veto. North Korea is literally fighting to survive while israel is fighting to permanently occupy the lands of the Palestinians in the name of survival. Lastly but not the least, North Koreans have not migrated to the Korean peninsula from Europe, they are the natives of that land. On the other, israelis have been planted by the west in Palestine.
