There is already a company called Halcon that has 400+ employees which is bigger than Denel Dyanmics now, and is doing a lot of R&D currently but it is too small it needs to have 1000s but government needs to give them contracts.

Comparing this to other missile companies, Halcon is not involved in aircraft projects just missiles. Halcon would be closer to Roketsan, or Diehl Defence, but it is too small.

They will likely only develop UAVs no fighters that is too hard and too expensive.

I am Just interested in the UAE defense industry since it has the most funding and is doing the most, but I am of Jordanian origin.
