Space launch vehicles aren't really hard if you have the funding it could be done but there are so many options out there it is not needed.
There is already a company called Halcon that has 400+ employees which is bigger than Denel Dyanmics now, and is doing a lot of R&D currently but it is too small it needs to have 1000s but government needs to give them contracts.

Turkey has more military projects than 44 muslim Countries combined including Egypt , Saudi Arabia , Pakistan , Malaysia , İndonesia

They will likely only develop UAVs no fighters that is too hard and too expensive.
I am Just interested in the UAE defense industry since it has the most funding and is doing the most, but I am of Jordanian origin."Phillip" I must ask, out of curiosity, you always seem to post about the UAE, are you Emirati? and if so, why use a Jordanian flair?
