I believe there was no need for that you could fly even F-5 over Beirut and I assure you Lebanon Government could do nothing about it , wonder you guys why waste money like that . just think about how much it cost to fly a single f-35 for one hour and a squadron of F-5 for one hour , I bet that 1 hour for that F-5 is far more cheaper.
