Its not for a specific country, for purely defence puposes.

But yes, out of the countries in the world right now, Pakistan is the most volatile country, and historically has been the only country in the world that has attacked us, so if they start a war we will use it against them.

Could you provide some more detail perhaps? Range estimates for one.

Javelin has only lock before launch mode (LOBL). Thats why effective range is limited to 2500 m. In many cases will be even less.

Spike in addition to LOBL has also lock after launch (LOAL) mode. That gives effective range of 4000 m. It also allows firing from closed positions.

Its indeed very big number. Although ATGMs can be used not only against tanks. They are very effective against buildings, counter terror.
