Yeah there are mixed reports, Al Jazeera statement could have been misleading, it sounded like they started an artillery campaign to soften up the areas near the border for future ground invasion. I'm monitoring the reports in Gaza to see if artillery strikes are persistent. They don't have enough troops at the border yet obviously.

Some reports suggest an attempt to reach a ceasefire by tonight.
