Islamic Eschatology - Strategic importance!

i think even this topic is under serious attacks through some islamic scholars. i dont know whether such scholars have an agenda for which they have been paid or its just their point of view. mr ghamidi negates second coming of hazrat Esa AS. coming of mehdi, establishment of islamic khilafa state in end times and also justifies creation of UN and advises muslims to follow UN despite the fact that UN works on might is right principle in reality.

If what you say about Ghamdi is true, then what does that tell you?
he is not well versed in Islamic eschatology...

i think he deliberately twists the things.
when second coming of hazrat Esa AS is indicated in Quran and very clearly explained in lot of hadiths then if someone twists the facts then he has an agenda

Shia preach the significance of 12 imams in faith, and Imam Mahdi is 12th: http://shiastudies.org/article/who-are-the-12-imams.

We cannot rule out the probability of misinterpretation of sayings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) by some people which shaped Islamic eschatology over the course of years. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was aware of falsehoods being attributed to him, therefore, this warning came: https://sunnah.com/bukhari/3/48

Allah Almighty have mentioned in the Holy Quran that every soul will taste death (Surah Ali 'Imran; verse 185). Allah Almighty have also pointed out that he rescued Prophet Isa from his enemies by lifting him to heavens (Surah An-Nisa; verses 157 - 158). Therefore, 2nd coming of Prophet Isa might happen.

May Allah Almighty guide us all to the right path and make us aware of ultimate truth.

Or this is quite a distinct possibility...
but what sort of agenda? whose agenda? his own or someone else's?

zionists agenda maybe. they created sects among muslims so distorting the prophecy is easier. a scholar who speaks very well on most of the general topics of islam negates all the important things of the end times. the main aim could be that muslims should forget establishment of khilafa state at the end time and should accept UN and NWO.

Israelis study our history with more fervor than we do.

it is possible to misinterpret one or two hadiths but misinterpreting so many hadiths is unlikely. secondly he also says that Hazrat Esa is not coming back which is indicated in Quran and explained in hadith. if imam mehdi is not coming and hazrat esa is also not coming which is mentioned in the bible as well then it means that there are no instructions in islam regarding the end times.

@TMA Thanks for reviving this thread. I want to see what’s Imran N Hosein’s analysis Is about Imran Khan. Many religious parties are anti-PTI because aurtey nachti ey jalso me. It’s a real fickle point.

I loved the analysis of Dr. Israr on this subject and believe he’s right on point. Imran N Hosein used to be a student of Dr. Israr. I knew them both personally.

Dr. Shahid Masood and Orya Maqbool Jan also are influenced by him.

I used to follow one anti-Musharraf writer from Peshawar Post named Abid Ullah Jan (also Dr. Israr’s student) who has written several interesting books on the subject of Pakistani politics and Islamic Eschatology.

Maybe he will comment on the elections?
Yes he was a student of Dr Israr, but he respectfully left when he was not allowed to teach publicly on some eschatological issues...
