ایکسپریس نیوزکے مطابق پاکستانی انٹیلی جنس اداروں ki کامیاب کارروائی میں پاکستان کو غیر مستحکم کرنے کے لئے متحرک ’را‘ کا نیٹ ورک پکڑا گیا ہے، اس نیٹ ورک نے گلگت بلتستان میں انتشار پھیلانے کی طویل منصوبہ بندی کر رکھی تھی تاہم خفیہ اداروں نے اسے بے نقاب کر کے ناکام بنا دیا اور ’را‘ کے پاکستان دشمن نیٹ ورک کی سنسنی خیز تفصیلات بھی سامنے آ گئی ہیں۔
ذرائع کے مطابق بھارتی خفیہ ایجنسی ’را‘ کے زیر سرپرستی گلگت بلتستان کی ذیلی قوم پرست تنظیم ’بلاورستان نیشنل فرنٹ‘ (حمید گروپ) کی آبیاری کی گئی، اور ’را‘کا ہدف یونیورسٹیوں کے طلبا اور گلگت بلتستان کی نوجوان نسل کو ٹارگٹ کر کے دہشت گردی اور علیحدگی کی تحریک کو ہوا دینا تھا۔
حمید خان کوعالمی سطح پر پاکستان کی ساکھ متاثر کرنے اور گلگت بلتستان میں دہشت گردی کرنے کی سرگرمیوں پر لگایا گیا، ’را‘ کے اشاروں پر ہی حمید خان نےعالمی مالیاتی اداروں کو خطوط کے ذریعے گلگت بلتستان و دیگر جگہوں پر 6 مجوزہ ڈیموں کے لیے مالی و تکنیکی مدد فراہم کرنے سے روکنے کی کوششیں کیں، ذیلی قوم پرست تنظیم ’بلاورستان‘ ٹائمز میگزین کے ذریعے علیحدگی پسند سوچ کو ہوا دے رہی تھی۔
یئرمین بی این ایف (حمید گروپ) عبدالحمید خان آف غذر کو ’را‘ کی جانب سے 1999 میں نیپال لے جایا گیا، جہاں سے اسے بھارت منتقل کردیا گیا، بھارت میں ’را‘ کے ایجنٹ کرنل ارجن اور جوشی نے اسے تربیت دی، اور اس دوران اسے دہلی میں تھری اسٹار اپارٹمنٹ میں رکھا گیا، اور کچھ عرصے بعد حمید خان کے تین بچوں سمیت پورے خاندان کو بھی بھارت ہی منتقل کردیا گیا، جہاں اس کے بچوں کو مختلف اسکولوں، کالجز میں مہنگی تعلیم دلوائی گئی۔
ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ 1999 سے 2007 اور 2015 سے 2018 تک ’را‘ نے حمید خان پر 11 سالوں میں بھاری سرمایہ کاری کی، اور اسے گلگت بلتستان میں سرگرمیوں کے لیے ایک ارب روپے کے لگ بھگ خطیر رقم بھی فراہم کی گئی جب کہ اس کے بیٹوں کی تعلیم کو بھارت کے ساتھ یورپ میں بھی اسپانسر کیا گیا۔ 2007 کے بعد حمید خان کو برسلز منتقل کرایا گیا تاکہ وہ مختلف عالمی فورمز پر پاکستان مخالف تقاریر کر سکے۔
’را‘ گلگت بلتستان کے علاوہ ملک کے مختلف حصوں میں بھی طلباء کو حمید خان کے ذریعے معاونت کر رہی تھی، ان سرگرمیوں میں بی این ایف کا اسٹوڈنٹ ونگ ’بلاورستان نیشنل اسٹوڈنٹ آرگنائزیشن‘ شیر نادر شاہی کی قیادت میں ملوث تھا، شیر نادر شاہی ’بلاورستان ٹائمز‘ شائع کرتا تھا، اور ’را‘ اور حمید خان سے ہدایات لے کر راولپنڈی اور غذر میں شرپسندی کے لئے مرکزی کردار ادا کررہا تھا، 2016 میں وہ عبدالحمید خان اور را کی مدد سے یو اے ای چلا گیا، جہاں سے اسے نیپال منتقل کر دیا گیا۔
اکستانی انٹیلی جنس اداروں کی بھرپور کوششوں کے ذریعے عبدالحمید خان نے 8 فروری 2019 کو غیر مشروط سرنڈر کیا، جب کہ 29 مارچ کو شیر نادر شاہ نے بھی سرنڈر کر دیا، تاہم شیر نادر شاہ کو دبئی میں موجود ’را‘ کی لیڈی ایجنٹ نے شکار کیا اور اسے نیپال لے جایا گیا، تاہم نیپال سے بھارت جانے سے قبل ہی پاکستانی ایجنسیاں کامیابی سے اسے پاکستان واپس لے آئیں۔
ذرائع کے مطابق ’را‘ کے سالہا سال سے تشکیل دیئے گئے نیٹ ورک کو ناکام بنانے کے لیے پاکستانی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسی نے طویل اور صبر آزما منصوبہ بندی کی، اور “Op Pursuit” کے ذریعے بی این ایف کا مقامی نیٹ ورک پکڑا اور را کے منصوبے کو ناکام بنایا۔ انٹیلی جنس بیسڈ آپریشن میں بھاری تعداد میں اسلحہ و ایمونیشن بھی برآمد کیا گیا جب کہ بی این ایف کے 14 متحرک کارکن حراست میں لے لیے گئے۔

RAW plot to sow anarchy in Gilgit-Baltistan busted

ISLAMABAD.: In a major breakthrough, Pakistan’s intelligence agencies have cracked a subversive network working at the behest of the Indian spy agency to destabilise Gilgit-Baltistan – a region which is pivotal to the success of the multibillion-dollar China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
The network – identified by sources as Balwaristan National Front (Hameed Group) – was bankrolled by India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) which, Islamabad says, has been stoking terrorism in Pakistan through its proxies.
A serving Indian navy commander, Kulbhushan Jadav, who was arrested during a counter-intelligence operation in March 2016 in Balochistan, has already admitted in a televised confession that RAW is involved in fuelling terrorism in Balochistan and elsewhere in Pakistan.
Foreign-backed individuals exploiting sentiments of terror victims: COAS
India publicly opposes the $46 billion CPEC project, claiming that the road and rail network passes through G-B which, according to Delhi, is part of the Himalayan region of Kashmir and hence a disputed region.

Sources say that the Balwaristan National Front (Hameed Group) – which operated under the guise of a nationalist party – had made long-term planning to sow chaos and anarchy in G-B at the behest of RAW.
Law enforcement and intelligence agencies have arrested 14 BNF-H activists during a recent operation and recovered a huge cache of weapons from their possession. Sher Nadir Shahi, the head of the group’s student wing, had turned himself in in February.
According to sources, RAW mentored the BNF-H to brainwash young students in G-B universities through anti-Pakistan propaganda. The group’s kingpin, Abdul Hameed Khan, also planned terrorist attacks in the region.
After ISI, ISPR becomes new obsession for Indians
Khan had been tasked by RAW to malign Pakistan internationally, sources say. He had sent letters to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in an attempt to stop financial and technical aid for six proposed dams in the country.
Sources shared details of how Khan had been used by RAW for its nefarious designs.
Khan, who belongs to the Ghizer valley of G-B, went to Nepal in 1999 from where he had been taken by RAW agents Col Arjun and Joshi to India, where he lived in luxury apartments in New Delhi with his family, including three sons. His children had been educated at elitist schools and colleges of Dehradun, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.
RAW invested heavily in Khan for 11 years – from 1999 to 2007 and from 2015 to 2018. Khan was provided with Indian ID documents and facilitated to run a business.
Two senior servicemen held for espionage, face court martial: DG ISPR
Khan had been shifted to Brussels in 2007 to appear at international forums and deliver anti Pakistan speeches. The Indian spy agency provided INR 1 billion for the activities of BNF-H in G-B.
The G-B chapter of BNF-H was busted in an intelligence-based operation (IBO), which was spreading secessionist sentiments among the local population, especially the youth, through a magazine, namely ‘Balawaristan Times’.
Fourteen BNF-H activists were arrested during the IBO which also yielded a huge quantity of weapons and ammunition. Apart from its activities in G-B, the group, financially aided by RAW, also sponsored a large number of students in various parts of the country.
Sher Nadir Shahi, the chairman of Balawanistan National Student Organisation (BNSO), the student wing of BNF-H, was actively involved in RAW-sponsored activities. He was doing the bidding of RAW and Khan in Rawalpindi and Ghizer. He published ‘Balawaristan Times’. Sher Nadir Shahi fled to the UAE with the aid of his paymasters from where he was shifted to Nepal.
‘Don’t mess with Pakistan’: army warns India
Sources shared details of RAW’s funding to BNF-H.
According to them, the Indian spy agency pumped in massive funds – more than INR 1 billion to be precise, through Khan. Of which, 700 million was sent to Pakistan through different channels for subversive activities and terrorism in G-B and to discredit Pakistan internationally.
Khan continued with his push to activate his affiliates for sabotage and guerrilla activities and terrorist attack in G-B and offered all kind of support, including weapons and financial resources – INR 12 million per annum – militant training and assistance to set up an FM Radio for anti-Pakistan propaganda. However, he could not succeed due to effective activities of law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The local chapter of BNF-H was successfully busted in an operation, codenamed ‘Operation Pursuit’.
After achieving so-called sustainable level of subversion in G-B in 2007-2008, Abdul Hameed Khan was shifted to Brussels (2008-2015) to internationalise the issue through international forums and media.
He wrote to various international financial institutions asking them not to provide financial or technical support to Pakistan for six dams it planned to build in G-B or elsewhere.
However, Abdul Hameed Khan unconditionally surrendered on Feb 8, 2019. More than a month later, Sher Nadir Shahi also turned himself in on March 29, 2019.
