MHA has rubbished the claim. Secondly we do not even know if this thing is true, verified or not. Already BK Kumar has verified his stance. Another Apology coming out from Indian Express soon

Thirdly, it does not vindicate PC. PC had claimed, second affidavit was filed without his permission, which was a lie, as it had his own signature, he edited and modified it himself. So he is not going to get free anytime soon.

Congress should spell out its stand openly. Whether or not what they consider Ishrat Jahan to be terrorists or innocent.

This is not the first time Indiam Express has openly laid out lies in its front page, and when damage has been done, put out a small apology in a left corner of page 8

Considering the way Indian Express has reported the Army Movement in Delhi as Coup, Pakistan Terror Boat taking the stand of Pakistan ,Khaniya Kumar and now Ishrat Jahan tells me to take this news with a pinch of Salt afterall indian express is hardly anything indian

"Tutoring" ie anticipating possible questions and practicing how to answer them is something that all lawyers do.

(Heck, we do that before a job interview)

"Perjury" is lying to the court.

If the witnesses told the truth and nothing but the truth then it makes no difference to the case if questions were anticipated or not.

If the witness was tutored to tell a lie...which no one, not even Congress is claiming ...then justice was not done.

#IshratStingsModi Trends On Twitter, Govt Left Red Faced After Expose

Twitter is witnessing massive outrage against Modi government’s attempts to sabotage the investigations of the case which Metropolitan Magistrate & GJ HC called a Fake Encounter.

The Indian Express today exposed that B K Prasad, the Union Home Ministry official who headed the probe into the “missing documents” in the Ishrat Jahan encounter case, not only told a witness the questions he would ask but also suggested to him what answers he should give — that he had not seen any of the documents.

This coaching of a witness by the man heading the investigation puts a question mark on the integrity of the probe announced in Lok Sabha by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on March 10.

The ostensible purpose of that probe was to identify the circumstances around the UPA government’s second affidavit that dropped references to Ishrat’s alleged Lashkar links and allowed for a CBI probe into her June 15, 2004 killing.

The hashtag #IshratStingsModi is trending on top on Twitter with hundreds of tweets appearing every second:

Just imagine! One bitch has taken everyone for a jolly good ride! Was she a terrorist or was she not? Was it a fake encounter or was it not? Damn! WTF is going on?

Let's take an look at the scenario for an moment. According to some, Israt Jahan was a student, innocent, and pure. Let's assume such.
So you are suggesting Gujarat Police abducted an innocent girl, unconnected to know one, and killed her like that?! I mean is that even possible? Are the officers such stupid, that they will pick up a "random Muslim girl" for no reason?

Thirdly, we all know how encounters are done in India. Especially related to terrorism cases. In this case, it was the IB which passed the information to Guj Police. IB was under UPA government. So are they idiots? Why David Headley sitting 10000 miles away know about Israt Jahan, in US custody, (not threatened by Indian officials)?

Noone can give an convincing reply to any of that. I for one believe she is/was a terrorists. These facts which IE posts now, even the audio samples, does not give a whatsoever damn chit to P. Chidambaram. Nor these facts are verified.
Even if this is true, he is not tutoring an kid.
