Turkey is model for all Muslim countries not only for Arabs.Some Arabs dislike Turkey saying it to be a liberal and pro west country,these are the people who dont want democracy and equal rights of all their citizen.Reality is different as most of Muslims think,look at Turkish policy when USA invaded Iraq,

That battle is nearly 700 years old. Ottomans outnumbered every oppenent in near times and nearly in every they wwere defeated soundly.

Battle strenght have nothing to do with state's success. State's success comes fromhuman rights, peoples freedom and their advancement of technology

Turkey is rich in history and culture, whereas Arabs are not.... Arabs have already destroyed that and they can't go back now...

Economically, Turkey is ranked in the top 20... Do we see Arab countries?

No, not a muslim. But stating facts is somekind of giveaway to being not muslim? Nothing I have said was false. Ottomans were top dogs of Europe more than 200 years but that doesn't cahnge the fact that their unprogressive policy they ruined any chance of recovery and lead themselves to a national and global embarrassment.

Success lies with technology, human rights and freedom. sadly Ottomans had neither.

I am pretty sure if Turks can shake themselves of their former defeats and disappointments in Independence War and create a new Republic out of the Ottomans ashes, Arabs can do that too and they are starting to do that. Arab spring is a shining example of that fact.

Well their young people are pro western. They would like to get rid of old faces but would have no problem NATO running its activities on soil....
I don't think Turkey is like that anymore. Yes they did want to be part of EU, but now you must be happy all alone...
