The designated forums a mix of Pakistan-centric issues which include strategic, political and social. Most of the foreign defence based forums are closely intertwined with related Pakistani issues.
We encourage focused discussions on these areas and like to keep deviation to other topics at a minimum. Our approach is to guide the members towards this focused area of discussion and not enforce it. The people who deviate too much end up committing other sins of the board and usually don't last to become senior members.
Mostly senior members get more leeway from the management team than do others, but ultimately the rules are enforced upon all.
A healthy approach is to try to debate as a community not as enemies. We have political issues with one another but that should not translate into on forum hatred.
Food for thought: The #1 statistic of getting banned from this forum is when you go off-topic. Which is very high in the case of China - India debates (and its both sides). Even higher than Pakistan - India debates.
Furthermore this is now the largest online community about strategic and political issues with a Pakistan-centric subject and when you're exposed to the www you have to keep room for all kinds of people, culture and opinions.

I'll close this topic now as management related issues are discouraged to be debated in the public domain.
