I am quite positive that you can do a far better job of it than Maulana Atta-ur-Rahman. Absolutely!

Alex Sourloser's video can be found on YouTube--I won't direct people to her-- and I am almost certain she made the video to get attention and as a revenge against being, rightfully, not allowed to speak during the Pakistan Tourism Expo. Also, for an American woman who is supposedly promoting Pakistan since 2016, she has/had a paltry subscribers when she made that video: I think only 1.8K; but that thanks to Dawn, I am sure have jumped.

As I said above, of course she had some valid points, but she really misrepresented a lot:
1) Called it 'harassment' when security agencies provided (FREE) protection--for the benefits of the tourists themselves!
2) Women not allowed to ride bikes; blatant lie when the lady Nora and the Canadian Rosie solo rode bikes across hundreds of miles. And I also think there are Pakistani women too riding solo bikes all over Pakistan--lookup their videos.
3) The 'White (Gora) Complex' vs 'People of Color' (yes, those words are hers). She is clearly saying that if you are people of color you will not get the same hospitality. There is some truth and it's not uncommon in non-Western world, but Pakistanis are STILL the most hospitable people regardless of the skin color. She exaggerated and slapped Pakistanis on the face.
4) She came up with a few very short quotes with 'harassment' in foreign voices. Out of context. One of them was the Alexander (the American Rickshaw Wala)'voice, I think. That guy has found nothing but love in Pakistan.

Pakistan is just coming out of a Decade of Destruction. Security forces need to escort people in places. Checkpoints have to be in place in places. These are all FREE and are well meant. Appreciate them. One day they will go away.

As to the tourism potentials of Pakistan: I think Eva Zubeck summed it up well in a short video she made around the Pak Tourism Expo: Pakistan has everything to offer in cuisines, climates, history, landscape. But Pakistan is not and should never be a trashy party place like some No-Names-Mentioned countries of the Southeast Asia which are haven for bald old men. Yuck!! And yet Pakistan already has a lot of underground party scene which are not hard to find if one looks for them--it's not Saudi Arabia or Iran.

Currently, transportation and accommodations are not terribly bad. Information is not often valid or not easy to acquire. There is confusion about Visa on Arrival, E-Visas, Group vs Individual Visa issuance, and NOC go areas. But what should be prioritized is public sanitation: Garbage pickup. Abundance of Washrooms (charge people--I paid for washrooms in Peru!).

PS. Personally, I think this Alex Sourloser is unattractive and not herself a whitey white and is resentful against those others from the Western world getting more attention. :)

Alcohol and clubbing is a no go, so that is not even part of the discussion. Otherwise I agree with your points.

Well that is a different question. Personally would not want such tourism either but whether one wants it or not, Pakistan is not ready either way to accomodate such tourists. For that you need places like Egyptian Sharm el Sheikh. "Islands" essentially cut off from the rest of society. Pakistan could build such a resort theoretically in Balochistan coast but the political blowback would be immense.
