If You check who is supplying components for the F-16, you will find that Lockheed Martin
seems to be no more than an assembly house for components sourced from many different countries like Korea, Israel, Denmark, UK, Germany, and of course the US.

India will have to deal with at least 75 suppliers, probably more.

The companies that supply the components will supply spare parts.
India may work as a distributor of those parts with a small markup.

Many countries are replacing their F-16s. Market for spare parts will diminish.

Unlikely that the USAF will make themselves dependent on India for spare parts.

India will have competition by other companies like TAI for maintenance/upgrades.
TAI will be happy to work with Pakistan.
