IRGC missile attack on ISIS in Deir ez-Zor Syria

.
Every country is the world seems to be testing their military equipment in Syria with no regard for civilians.

Pity.

. .
I really hate the waiting game... why can't they release the damn photos. Would love to see the craters in the ground where the missiles hit and buildings decimated.

Although if the missiles didn't reach their intended targets, what do you guys think the possible reason for that being the case?

He has no logic ... & there is a reason behind :

Have you seen the videos? Acceleration of missiles and noticeable smoke plume strongly suggests solid fuel.

Fantastic display. Dude don't waste your time, these are pointless comments and/or are trolls commenting.. if anyone is genuinely curious they would ask questions or offer reasoning behind their stance in regard to these being liquid fuel missiles.

While the Iranian missile strike is a significant military action, its main goal was political, according to Peter Ford, a former UK Ambassador to Syria and Bahrain, who believes the strike will send a clear message to Iran’s enemies in the region.

“Militarily, it’s significant. The strike appears to have taken out quite a number of ISIS fighters and leadership. But the political ramifications are the most important. Saudi Arabia will have received the signal loud and clear,” Ford told RT.

“Saudi Arabia in recent weeks, encouraged by Donald Trump, has thrown down the gauntlet to Tehran and been virtually threatening military moves against Tehran. Well, here’s Tehran’s response: Don’t mess with us, we have a long reach.”

What was the utility of the strike? Was iran not better served by more precise TV guided missiles which supposedly its F-4s can carry?

Why is the missile being launched so close to a heavy populated area?

I would have a rough guess and say it is just for showing off to the local population that they have the means to retaliate (assuming the terror attacks in Tehran weren't an inside job which many Iranians think they are). This also indicates lack of confidence between the government and people, that they hardly believe the clergy government's statements unless millions see the action in their own eyes.

Jesus, It's so painfully obvious how bias you are. I mean, "indicates a lack of confidence between the government and people". Seriosuly, Saudis will really jump through all kinds of mental gymnastics to avoid the truth and make up all kinds of nonsense. Obviously this is a show of force to GCC and U.S, and it helps that the public is reaffirmed that the Saudi sponsored terrorists are retaliated against.
