Brother, avoid such statements because the man in the video is a paid 'expert' who is brought on national television with the intended purpose of making your nation appear more than it really is to rally up a strike against Iran. IF such a staged news story were true, the Iranian Navy would have to have pre-agreed ports of call and/or at sea refueling tanker ship, which I doubt Iran currently has.
