This is actually a good drone, I believe. It is exactly similar to the new US target drones:

and it can attack as well.

I give sh#t to the Iranian kids about this....copies of old American target drones...but investment here led to what we have today. This tech creep led us to modern drones. Too many nation think they can skip these phases. You may produce a cheep facsimile, but you lack the true tech infrastructure that makes them viable.

Exactly, it's a target drone. And a target drone with a small free-falling dumb bomb attached is amateurish as hell. It has absolutely no use in a modern battlefield.

I have seen his very harsh criticizes about Turkish equipments too. Stop accusing everyone who does not impress by this so-called high techologies of Iran which are presented almost every week, as haters. When i pointed out this fact few days ago, bunch of angry dude showed up and started throwing muds to Turkish systems.

I have no problem if you think Iran is nothing, but before accusing Turkey with that, come and check the Turkish systems in our sub-forum.

Şimşek designed for a similar role like Harpy's. It is not a target drone, we have others for this purpose.

But one thing for sure, you don't know a damn about UAVs.
