Brother, this person's not a politician. No political official in Iran looks like that, plus if it were the case it'd have been all over Iranian news. Yet no such report exists online, you can search and see. Also the footage is several months old, we saw it when it was first released.

It's either a fight between different groups of Iranian oppositionists, or oppositionists attacking a person supportive of the Islamic Republic.
