If Iran accepts Israel's existence and gives up on nuclear weapons/ opens its doors totally to the IAEA then the US has little reason to push harder. If Iran stops funding Afghan insurgents, Hezbollah, Syria, etc and opens a dialogue with the US on what it can do to warm relations it will be a start. It couldn't hurt to be seen as less aligned with China.

There are alot of things going on right now that makes turning around difficult, but it can technically be done.

Conversely if the US stops supporting Israel, Saudi Arabia, Syrian rebels, and pulls its troops out of any bases in these locations and Afghanistan, if the US drops its opposition against an Iranian nuclear weapons program (and better yet, supports it), If the US stops its covert ops in Iran and opens a dialogue with regards to warming relations with Syria, then it is possible.

Again it is not going to be easy as there are so many things going on right now that have put both players on opposite sides, but it is technically possible.

Didn't we help usa to overcome taliban in afghanestan? and then your president came to this idea that iran could be considered as axis of evil ...
aren't our doors open widely to the IAEA's inspectors right now 7/24 isn't enough ?
where is iran's nuclear nukes ? show me ....

well.that is ALLAH(God).also small words between colours are ALLAH o akbar(GOD is the most powerfull and biggest thing).

anyway having relationship(not even friendly relationship)with a country who has destroyed a civil Iranian aircraft with 290 passengers on international air space, who has done its best to suffer our country include military attacks and sanctions is unacceptable for me.

Agree 100% :coffee:

Yes. Why not? I wish the Iranian leaders would just sit down with the US reps and settle their differences over a pint of good old Iranian beer.

Considering for US the only goal in Iran is to install a puppet regime, again, there is nothing else Iran does will change US hostile behavior. Not even shutting down all nuclear activities, since its just an excuse for US to push for the regime change, and other excuses will be easy to find too.

Since Iranians are fiercely independent and they wont be surrendering anytime soon, the only other possibility for friendly relationships is US policy change. If they stop pushing for geopolitical dominance by whatever means, and start treating other nations with respect, naturally peace would follow.

It's in the Iranians psychological makeup to bend over, on the other hand the Indians can give that advice because it's psychologically and historically correct for them to cede to others.

I think you meant that it is not in the Iranians psychological makeup to bend over.

It is interesting that Hindus have been enslaved for most of the last 1000 years.

So says a person whose nation alternate's between being an American and a Chinese lapdog.

What an idiotic comment. Guess who accuses their own government of being enslaved by India?

north korea had destroyed it's reactor , did US do $hit about it?
no ...
so even if we stop it , nothing will change ...

And Iranians and some Indians (you know who)tried not to be slave by becoming arabs. :)
