Yeah if i was a little kid and someone told me not to open the cookie jar, the first thing in my mind would be to open the cookie jar.

but i hope iran becomes more liberal and secular, the ultra-relgionism is quite annoying.

Unfortunately this has nothing to do with cookie jars,forbidden or otherwise,and everything to do with living in a very,very dangerous neck of the woods.Sadly for the nations of the region the blessing of natural resources has been a terrible double edged sword,or at worst not a blessing at all just a curse,altho the real problem has always been a century plus of foreign,mainly western,meddling which sadly shows no sign of ending anytime soon.
Frankly I`m still astonished at the level of restraint iran has shown over the last 15+ years of this whole western manufactured "nuclear crisis",but ultimately I think its reached a point where iran has to do something new,if only to show the west that its policies are not just horribly counter productive,but are likely going to cost it as well and not just economically either.I`ve always found it horribly ironic that rouhani tried to do everything right,ie negotiate and find some middle ground,tho I think he gave away far too much for far too little in return,yet ultimately he got spat on for his efforts and iran wound up having to abide by a worthless nuclear deal while still suffering sanctions.By comparison the dprk built and tested nukes,built and tested icbms,threatened to nuke the us and yet kim got a face to face summit with president chump...er.. I mean trump.I think that there might be a valuable lesson in there somewhere.
If you think irans ultra-religious you`d love saudi and co.I`ve always found it funny that despite saudi being the creator and chief sponsor of the wahabist plague that has caused so much utter death and destruction in the region and beyond and yet the west turns a blind eye,hell the saudis get caught murdering and dismembering someone and the west still turns a blind eye......after a few appropriate tut,tuts of course,tho what I think they were really tut,tutting about was the idiotically clumsy way the saudis did it....and that they got caught red handed,literally[lol]

Iran would never use nukes against Israel unless in response to being struck first. It is immoral and is a crime against humanity. Not to mention if Iran used nuclear weapons, Iran would also be struck in retaliation multiple times resulting in tens of millions of casualties for Iran.

Nukes are simply for deterrence ... As far as human beings are still in primitive stage of civilization & can not address disagreements among themselves rationally & through dialogue nukes are inevitable to prevent worldwide wars and limit it to regional conflicts & retaliation multiple ain't necessary just one in middle of Tehran could kill 12 millions people in blink of an eye..
but even in peace time they could cause catastrophic incidents ..
