Thats what I actually tried to say. First launch any normal LEO satellite, then dream about 1 ton GEO satellites. Good luck.
first read the article then give us professional opinions. the article says "Iran plans to launch...". about normal satellites, we planed to lunch them long time ago and they are ready.
