Are there any banks in Pak which do not have branches in the US/Europe or deal majorly with US/European companies? They will be able to manage this project. Also, what are the kind of reserves available to pay out the 90 day period? With power companies not being paid, will this be feasible? Would it not make more sense to export agri products to Iran in exchange for oil?

Well ostensibly it is offered by Iran but surely the money will be transferred to Iran by Russia/China in a surreptitious way
