This is must be a joke.... If Iran were considered as a developed country, then Japan would be from Mars.
Guys don't exaggerate what you already have, Just take a look at your streets, airports, seaports, factories, education and industries, then compare them to what South Korea had 15 years ago, if they are better or comparable, then Iran will be considered as a developed country compared to what South Korea was 15 years ago.

FACT #2 : you're not developed if you only have a strong military , or only a strong economy or a strong oil industry . you're not developed if only you have good education programs .

you're developed when you have ALL of those together .
