The left most column's rankings are for HDI, in which Iran ranks much higher than Turkey or pakistan for that matter, indicating a much higher standard of living in Iran compared to the other two.

Gender Inquality index ranking is in the 3rd column, where iran ranks at 98, pakistan at 112 and Turkey at 77. This indicates you would be better off on average in Iran rather than pakistan if you are a girl.
