I consider Iranians our brothers, so i am keeping my mouth shut and due to sensitivity of the issue also as it will bring in the sectarian thing.
But if Iranian members think their govt hasn't done or helped groups on this side of the border with anti-state activities, then they are wrong too. Iran has also played a part knowingly or unknowingly in helping some anti-state elements on this side of the border, so my Iranian friends, yours and your govt hands aren't clean as well.
Bhai mere taali ek haath se nahi bajti.
Pakistan wholeheartedly supported and recognized Taliban.
Pakistan was one of the three countries that recognized Taliban along with Saudi and UAE.
Now a friend of Taliban cannot be a friend of Iran.
Once you go hands in hands with Taliban, Iran is obviously going to react over it.
See yourself how India and Iran came close together at the end of the 20th century and how their relationship prosper (compared to past) in the 2***.
Enemy's enemy is my friend.
Secondly the Shia-Sunni secretarian violence inside Pakistan which has a long history is also creating problems between Iran and Pakistan.
Now such violence even existed before the Soviet War and War on Terror but it is getting worst day by day with fundamentalists becoming strong. This is obviously going to affect the Iran-Pak relationship.
You might be quite aware that Iran had wholeheartedly supported Pakistan in 65 and 71.
After arms embargoes by US, Iran was even helping Pakistan with maintainance of COBRA helo's.
Iran had even donated some COBRA's in 70's against the Baloch conflict.
Iran obviously does not like the US presence and activities inside Pakistan that affect Iran or make them insecure.
Hence Taali ek haath se nahi bajti.
