Ministry of defense budget and over all military budget are two different things and the way each government allocated money is clearly different BUT in terms of overall military spending nothing has changed and in fact we are spending more than we used too but what has changed is Oil prices which are half of what they used to be!

The budget for the military should only be for the military and if Iran's President has to force them to cut that budget then so be it!!!!!!!!!!!!! If anything I'm happy that someone is finally doing it!
