Iran has agreed to providing logistical support to Russian strategic bombers. They will be using Hamedan 3rd Tactical Air base for refueling. Reports that President Putin’s envoy had requested this in a private meeting with Ali shamkhani.

I feel like Dalirian's source may be that Lebanese paper. Journalists often re-report news.

But I don't think this possible deal is unlikely and I think it is beneficial if it is specifically related to Syria, and if Russia manages to contain its ego this time.
