Yes I did. It was a deep one. Unfortunately many religious establishments still disagree with Ibn Rushed taking the way of Imam Ghazali ''shoving down the throat''. Its that way or the highway if you know what I mean. Those establishment need to be dissolved by by the hook or by the crook.
Human history; prophets and all show us one thing
i.e that the greatest change were never brought about hook or crook.
The greatest change was brought upon by reason.
That is what God does in his books; that was what his prophets have done.
That is what Rushd wanted to do.
Let me give you an example " Dajjal will be the one, who will travel the world on a donkey; from whose tail smoke will emit "
That is a given prediction.
Now, in this day and age, if one is expecting a real donkey to act like a jet engine and circle the globe !
Well then sure Dajjal will be a big guy, blind in one eye and blah blah blah.
But if one is intelligent enough to get the symbolism used in the Hadith, then one must think harder to identify Dajjal.
