Indeed, she was deployed off Mumbai's coast for a few days to allow media onboard as part of the Navy's navy day celebrations. I'm guessing she's heading back to Karwar soon.

Absolutely! I was always a bit indifferent to the MiG-29B but the Ks are beautiful.

This modified Kiev-class aircraft carrier was inducted into the Indian Navy last year. It is 930ft long and can carry up to 36 aircraft.

I doubt they could get anywhere close to it. In a war PNS will stay put in Karachi for fear of getting sunk.
