Seriosuly brother there is no need for this- not only is it incredibly offensive and iniviting the ire of other members but it is also naive.

Do you think the IN take the threat so nonchalantly?

It will sink into indian ocean....a good target for PNS.
Our coast guard is more powerful than your whole Navy. Our Navy is more powerful than ur Navy and airforce combined. Our army alone is more powerful than your whole population.... :dance3:

They have some help from the landing aids...but yes its not an easy skill to master!

Steam based catapult has a "minimum" below which the object cannot be launched safely (because you have sized the pipe fittings, chambers, generators etc.. for a range of whatever you plan to launch the most). The larger the range the bigger and more complicated the system becomes.

With EMALS, there is no such contraint. You can launch small UAVs quite easily.

Also the wear and tear (and hence maintenance) is no longer an issue like it is with steam catapults....nor does it need a steady supply of fresh water (and the desalination costs).

They are overall more compact and more efficient and hence you can design them to launch larger heavier aircraft too (per same volume or mass of launch system).

The difficulty in its research lies with the type of energy storage and high energy drainage systems required.

a nice juicy target....

our AShM's will definitely reach at lightning speed and dispatch it to where it belongs............bottom of the indian ocean in some indian port where it would be hiding

I doubt they could get anywhere close to it. In a war PNS will stay put in Karachi for fear of getting sunk.

Also:dance3::

During the first scheduled refit in 2017, the carrier will be armed with theBarak 8 long-range air-defence system (LR-SAM), which is currently being tested. It is launched from vertical launch cells, and has a strike range of 6–70 km. The carrier will carry up to 48 missiles

and if that doesn't work, don't forget the Nukes. Nukes can solve everything.
