Let's see how the GoI is busy torturing the Hurriyat leaders......
Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq, Prof. Abdul Gani Bhat (chairman) and Mr. Abdul Gani Lone had been placed under the `Z' category while Syed Ali Geelani, Moulvi Abbas Ansari, Sheikh Abdul Aziz and Mr. Yasin Malik besides Mr. Fazl Haq Qureshi were in the `Y' category of security.
Hurriyat's Mirwiaz gets Z-plus security
Srinagar, August 26, 2015, DHNS:
The Jammu and Kashmir government has decided to enhance the security of moderate Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq following “increased threat perception”.
Sources said security wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police has issued an order in this regard. “The PDP-BJP government has decided that Z-category security status of Mirwiaz would be enhanced to Z-plus level in the wake of the increasing threat perception on his life,” they said and added a group of ministers from the PDP, enjoying good relation with the separatist leader, have convinced their counterparts from the BJP in this regard.
Mirwaiz is the only leader outside the mainstream who has the elaborate security.Apart from Mirwaiz, other leaders of moderate Hurriyat who enjoy security provided by the Centre include Abdul Gani Bhat, Abbas Ansari, Bilal Lone, Fazal Haq Qureshi and Shahid-ul-Islam........
All on Indian tax payer's expense.........Geelani obviously is not a very good judge of Insaniyat since he doesn't seem to recognise it even when it's in front of his face.
"The curious fact is that the man who wants to destroy India's unity, who hates the idea of a secular India, should get, then accept, financial aid from the governments of Delhi and Srinagar. There are whispers of cash being passed from intelligence secret funds. But what cannot be denied is that his surgeries have been paid for by the government, and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed even sent a special plane to pick him up from Ranchi jail where he was then lodged.
His pacemaker was replaced at Escorts Hospital, his gall bladder was removed at Gangaram Hospital, two cataract operations were conducted at Apollo Hospital, and even his teeth have been overhauled at Batra Hospital-all in the Capital. His surgeries at the Tata Memorial Hospital have been so successful that the portion of the right kidney which remained has now regrown to do the work of two. His large and comfortable three-storey home in Srinagar's Hyderpora is, however, provided by the Jamaat-e-Islami. He also maintains an independent home in Delhi's Malviya Nagar where he stays for the three months of Kashmir's winter....."
