Indradhanush 2015

Really? You mean in 1965 when the combat losses of IAF were mostly on the ground? Or in 1971, when the IAF owned PAF so thoroughly that they not only fled from the fight, but also made up stories about Russian AEWACs helping IAF? And IAF helped one Indian battalion to defeat a Pakistani combined armed brigade in the east? (Not to mention the humiliation in the west, where an entire armoured and infantry regiment combined were sent back all the way they came from, by the IAF's hunters.)

Battle of Boyra - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Or in 1999 at Kargil, when the PAF did not even dare to present itself for a fight that Pakistan had started? When the IAF was bombing your army and "mujahids" to kingdom come, what did the PAF do? Make excuses about lack of BVR capability.

"Battered viciously in all air wars", my foot.
It's beyond pathetic when people start posting as if they are professionals in their field. Take the above highlighted part for example, even if that was true, do you realise what you are pointing out. PAF was able to fly all the way into India and give you a bloody nose on your home ground, on the contrary, recall how the Indian striking force was decimated when they tried to attack PAF bases on 7th September, now commemorated as Air-force day.
1971, IAF did well in the Eastern sector simply because of overwhelming numerical superiority of 10:1.... a single PAF squadron of F-86s facing ten IAF units of MiG-21s, SU-7s, Gnat and Hunters. ... where's pride in that.
In the West it was a different story, by IAF's own admission, most of air battles took place over Indian territory, which alone explains how PAF again took war to your country.
During Kargil hostilities, all the fighting remained on the Indian side, where the IAF conducted it's missions, as soon as Indian aircraft ventured on the Pakistani side, they became toast.
You should also focus on the more recent history, commonly known as the 2002 stand off and aftermath of Mumbai attack, both time the mighty IAF lost appetite for battle and was forced to stand down.

2008 air alert
After the 2008 Mumbai attacks, PAF was put on high alert. It deployed to all its wartime locations and started combat air patrols. The speed and intensity of the deployment and PAF's readiness took the Indian Army High Command by surprise and later reports suggest was the main factor in the Indian decision of not going for cross border raids inside Pakistan.[44][45]PAF was issued a Standing Order to launch an immediate counter-attack in case of an air attack from India, after a call from the Indian Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee to the Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari

Pakistan should take a look at some Russian jets. Our relationship with Russia is improving day by day. Its only a matter of time we will be flying Russian jets.
And the Chinese are sure to get pissed off! :P

That said, Pakistan can only afford the far cheaper Chinese jets. They have a special sweeter-than-honey scheme for Pakistan...Buy two jets, get one free! :azn:

Babes both in 65 and 72 the can of *** whooping came in air combat... Want me to post sources ?

Here is something to burst your bubble a lot your fake *** claims about PAF "fleeing" in 71:

Even in 71 iaf suffered massive losses ...

Battle of boya my azz... Even C-130s were use for BOMBING your behinds to Kingdom come ... Solo pilots were making sonic booms and bombing your cities.. pilots like the "8 pass Charlie" the lone Canbera bomber who used t make 8 BOMBING runs every day solo missions..

Your BS about Kargil is shitty to say the least considering there was no cross border attacks on Pak side ... The last time you tried your "mighty" pilots got a lock on this behinds and eacortedI to safety so they didn't fall on our territory and killing bikers ... Proved to be right ...

RAF Challenge Indian Air Force 'Whitewash' Claims

:agree::rofl: stop chest thumping about 1971 war , where you got teared into half size..

:lol::lol::enjoy:

British have finally busted the indian bubble again..."comical claims".. "clouded recollections" "cricket styled scores - caution and certainly not realistic" "designed for domestic audience"... Etx

In 2011..."Well they lost"..

Wait till a Indian Poster provides more sources, then this great member will add ED to his username.

It was a silly move from IAF to claim "victory" in a training exercise. While RAF reaction though justified is also immature. They should have simply laughed away such outlandish claims.

Uptill now All RAF Challenge is Based on this Line"The RAF were "introducing them to the airspace",:lol: And beaten Down 12-0 in the Process

No Wonder they are Pissed. And Brilliant Excuse

Another Source Another Excuse This time :lol:Although Genuine Source

The RAF source also stressed that the
Typhoons had effectively been fighting “with one arm behind their backs” as they did not make full use of their more advanced weapons systems.(Well then that's why We call it a Training Exercise In First Place:rofl::rofl: ) So that's why they Lost 12-0

Indian Air Force 'beats RAF 12-0 in training exercise' – using Russian-designed jets - Home News - UK - The Independent

Its Looks Like Funny now :D:Dthey sounding Like Usaf During Cope-india

Extremely immature & disrespecting by folks who claimed this...

You don't go for a bilateral exercise and claim victory... so unbecoming...

Training exercises are not a boxing match where they find out which one is the better fighter. Training exercises have got nothing to do with winning or losing but an evaluation of tactics, exchaging experience and learning new things from friendly air forces. The whole thing is a simulation not a war.

In real war things would be different. There would be AWACS, Radars, SAM,s BVR, Ground bases SF conducting SEAD and a host of other factors.

You typing in big bold colored letters mean nothing.

The Falnkers of IAF were forbidden to use Radars in earlier excersies, according to sources.

Jara guartalab is par bhi farmaiye.

@Capt.Popeye @sancho @XiNiX

lol, similarly when indians did "really well" against Americans in Red Flag..and then came reality of how Americans had decimated the little, untrained, unprofessional, lagy airforce like iaf..

PAF has battered iaf viciously in all air-wars...something tells me iaf hasn't changed and still remains a subquality airforce it was---although hopefully its not true. I want some competition for PAF.

PAF has no heavy AWACs, No Jet Fuel Tankers, No Long Range fighters and its macth for IAF?

Plus we have P 8Is and Tu 142.

Well Even Kids Know this Simple Fact that Real War Scenarios are different
Facinating Fact is , When the RAF Chief, no less said in 2011, "Well they lost"...its the truth and holy grail..And Chest-thump. but when IAF says the same in 2015, it is lies, bravado, cricket scores etc etc..

Its Show How Insecure & Dubious Actually British Are
