Don't give a crap what my compatriots said, you are talking to me. I never made that claim. As to underdevelopment, that is so early in the cycle, if it's indeed in the works, that at this point in time it is irrelevant.

If we are name dropping projects at this early stage of development, I can do that too, but it's not credible.

As to your eBook, it needs to be confirmed by multiple sources, just one eBook doesn't mean crap. I seen eBooks on Chinese 200,000 ton nuclear carriers, doesn't mean anything.

In the other hand, all talking heads in ISRO have been big mouthing about Manned Space Flights or Manned Moon Mission since 2008. It turns out, the facility for astronauts selection has not even been built. It is like you don't even have a date, but you are telling the whole world when your first son will be born.
