India's First Manned Space Mission in 2021: ISRO Chairman

ISRO was the one proposed to send man up to space by 2015 back in 08. Now, they are projecting to send man space flight in 2021 and now, it's 2014. So if the pattern holds, India should project to send a man to space in 2027 in 2020.

The GOI has to approve the mission and full funding before ISRO can start full work on the mission , which has not happened untill now .

The only thing ISRO has said is that if GOI approves the mission , they can have a man mission in 7-8 years .

Nothing difficult to understand unless you are a troll .
