It's not even about the delay, which we know is a norm in India, there is no way India can come up with this 132.8 exaflops supercomputer by 2020, and it doesn't matter how confident you are.

The real problem is why in the world so many of your countrymen would even believe the "super-supercomputer by 2017" story? Are you guys really this ignorant?

China is most likely be the first country to create 1 exaflop super computer this year and India media were bragging since 2013 that India will have 132.8 exaflops by 2020. That's why people have been making fun of India these past few years because it's mission impossible to accomplish this in 2020. I like to see you keep spinning around that that no Indian media reported this or that the deadline is set in 2020 not 2017 so India still has two years left to make this 132.8 exaflops which China and US can't even accomplish.

Actually, 6.8 pf was the sum of two computers separated by thousand miles. I have no idea why they add them together as one, there maybe some reasoning beyond our understanding.
