the same is called semi HSR by the dumb Insdian media-upgrading of existing rail network with better signalling,track geometry for allowing higher speeds

Yes..... There is a project is happening (if i am not mistaken) between EKM and TCR to improve the signaling system, which will further reduce the time by say 30%........
