No, you're pretty far off. Tablighi Jamaat and Peace TV don't preach terrorism (not sure about the Muslim Brotherhood though), the closest they've ever gotten to that is one of the guys on Peace TV (Musa Cerantonio) got arrested for promoting terrorism, but even then he did that in his own time, not on Peace TV.
