I dont agree with the argument that some Tribals do not circumcise.

.............I can say I am an authority here on this, with the profession I am in and I live there, I have seen plenty of Tribal boys, men and elderly and I know that people and their customs, ......................

A person in Saudi Arabia might miss out on circumcision but a Pushtoon Tribal cannot at least not even one in my own experience
